Reschedule Ninja van Order
Once your parcel is failed to deliver, You will be receiving an email to reschedule your order.
Login into our Ninja van official Website https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my
Tap on "Track Your Order"
Enter your Tracking ID and click NEXT
Click on the Icon RESCHEDULE to update information
Once click on Reschedule icon, there will be two options given as per below.
Please choose one of the necessary option to proceed with the next step
Update on your Delivery Details as shown below and click on NEXT
You may choose on your preferred Delivery Date.
Once chosen the preferred date, there will be a pop out screen to ensure the information given are correct and customer has to simply click on CONFIRM
Your order is now successfully Reschedule and ready to ship on the chosen date.
